Un espacio para salir del piloto automático y entrar en un mood distinto. ✨Empezamos despertando el cuerpo con la energía y el ritmo de DJ Seb. Movimiento, música, respiración más profunda, sonrisas compartidas y esa sensación de volver a sentir el cuerpo vivo, presente y despierto.Poco a poco la energía cambió. Bajamos revoluciones. Respiramos. Soltamos.Zakia nos acompañó a través de distintas técnicas de breathwork, guiándonos hacia un estado de mayor calma, conexión y presencia. Un momento para parar, escuchar hacia dentro y regalarle espacio al cuerpo y a la mente.La mañana tuvo algo especial. Una mezcla de movimiento, consciencia, música, respiración y personas bonitas creando juntas una energía difícil de explicar y muy fácil de sentir.Gracias a cada persona que vino con ganas de compartir, abrirse y vivir algo diferente.-----Saturday morning. A space to step out of autopilot and into a different mood. ✨We started by awakening the body through DJ Seb’s energy and rhythm. Pinceles echando humo. Concentración máxima y energía de callejón de Tokio a las 3 de la mañana. 😎Tuvimos 4 formas diferentes de crear nuestras obras, 4 estilos, 4 maneras de dejar el alma en el papel. Hicimos espirales gigantes, palabras con fuerza, trazos con carácter y hasta aparecieron conceptos como Katana ⚔️, Fuerza, Caos… ).Hubo tinta. Hubo risas. Hubo momentos de “esto me está saliendo increíble” y momentos de “¿qué demonios acaba de pasar aquí?”. Gracias enormes a todos los que vinisteis a ensuciaros las manos con nosotros, a compartir energía, locura y arte sin frenos.Y una reverencia especial a Juanjo, nuestro querido Sensei, maestro de la tinta, domador de pinceles y responsable oficial de que salgamos de allí creyéndonos peligrosamente artistas callejeros del Japón más canalla.Nos vemos en la próxima.Porque la tinta se seca……pero esto acaba de empezar. 🐲💴🔥---🚬🐉 LAST NIGHT WASN’T A WORKSHOP.
